Cancellation and Refund Policy
Registration cancellations received at least six (6) business days prior to the event (by October 27th) are eligible to receive a full refund.
Registration cancellations during the six (6) business days prior to the event, or no-shows, will not be refunded.
Cancellations will be accepted in writing only, via e-mail, to the e-mail address: boronikolos.i@ethosmedia.eu
The Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce (HSCC) reserves the right to cancel an event due to circumstances which would make the event non-viable.
If HSCC cancels an event, registrants will be offered a full refund. Should circumstances arise that result in the postponement of an event, HSCC has the right to either issue a full refund or transfer registration to the same event at the new, future date.
Act of Force Majeure
The Hellenic-Swedish Chamber of Commerce shall not be liable to registrants for any failure or delay in the performance of any of its obligations with regards to the event due to minor negligence or to any cause of circumstances which is beyond its control, including but without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any such failure or delay as is caused by war, riots, civil disorder, strike, epidemics, fire, flood, extreme weather conditions, earthquake, act of God, terrorist attack, orders of a relevant government, municipality or other authority resulting in overbooking which may be collectively called “force majeure”.
