Seasoned Finance and M&A professional with over 20 years corporate and manufacturing experience. Qualified Dipl. Mechanical Engineer (NTUA) with an MBA (finance & business administration) from Carnegie Mellon University – Tepper Business School. He has worked in various finance and business development in both executive and consulting roles in Greece and abroad including GE Capital, Daimler and later as CFO of Hellenic Post – ELTA SA. He currently serves as non-executive board member at DEPA Commercial, Greece’s leading natural gas import and wholesale company. He joined Hellenic Aerospace Industry SA in 2024 as Executive Director and Chief Restructuring Officer with focus on financial/operational restructuring as well as diverisfiyng HAI’s revenue base via international partnerships.
