Thomas I. Achimastos is currently Group Vice Chairman and Chief Business Development & Strategy Officer of Copelouzos Group.

He has held various management positions in the Private sector in Energy, Technology and Finance.

He holds a Mechanical Engineer diploma from the National Technical University of and has completed Doctoral Studies at N.T.U.A. and in German Universities.

He has developed research activity with an emphasis in the field of Energy and measurements of technical quantities and his research was funded by European research bodies in Greece and Europe.

He has also had numerous publications in Scientific Journals and Scientific Conferences since 1994.
